 The Ideal KCM Case Manager:

  • Self-directed with innovative ideas to provide coordination of care
  • Computer and analytical skills to include critical thinking and strong communication skills.
  • Assertive, organized, highly motivated, flexible, and proficient strategic planner.
  • Proactive individual who exhibits strong problem solving skills. 
Requirements are:
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel generally within the State of Michigan.
  • Knowledge of auto no-fault, workers compensation, disability claims and mental health.
  • Current valid Michigan nursing license (Ohio nursing license a plus).
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience in case management, home care, discharge planning, rehabilitation, disease management, quality assurance, and insurance plans.
  • Ability to interface with technology – proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, report writing using specific software.
